Modern Leadership ist ja das Buzzword, dass die Zukunftsf\u00e4higkeit der Organisationen sicherstellt! Ja, aber bitte was ist <strong>THMA<\/strong>?<br \/>Glad you ask! <strong>THMA<\/strong> ist \u201e<strong>T<\/strong>he <strong>H<\/strong>eart <strong>M<\/strong>inded <strong>A<\/strong>pproach\u201d. In anderen Worten, die Essence des Modern Leaderships. <br \/>Hand aufs Herz, aber was ist eigentlich Modern Leadership? Hat dies nicht etwas mit Positive und Servant Leadership zu tun? Richtig!<\/p><p>Let\u2019s start from the beginning! Modern Leadership ist der Dachbegriff des \u201eneuen\u201c Leadership Stiles, der eigentlich schon \u00fcber 2000 Jahre alt ist. Es beherbergt Positive und Servant Leadership, bei dem es nicht mehr um das \u201eIch\u201c, das Ego geht, sondern um das \u201eWir\u201c und wie k\u00f6nnen wir, als Organisation, diese Krisen und dadurch die st\u00e4ndigen Transformationsprozesse nicht nur \u00fcberstehen, sondern auch positive nutzen.<\/p><p>Die Basis des Modern Leadership oder \u201e<strong>THMA<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>The Heart Minded Approach<\/strong>\u201d ist die interne Stabilit\u00e4t, der F\u00fchrungskraft. What do you mean by internal stablilty? <br \/>Die erste Frage, die sich eine F\u00fchrungskraft stellen sollte ist: Who am I? Does my image match my idenity? Mit anderen Worten, habe ich zwei Gesichter? Wie stabil und wie reif ist eigentlich mein Charakter? Verstecke ich mich immer noch hinter meinen \u00c4ngsten und Unsicherheiten oder stehe ich zu meinen Schw\u00e4chen? Lasse ich vom \u201eImposter Syndrome\u201c manipulieren und kontrollieren. Nehmen mich andere als authentisch oder als \u201eleadership autistisch\u201c war? Folgt man mir nur, weil ich \u201eder Boss\u201c bin oder weil die Vision der Organisation andere inspiriert ihr Bestes zu geben? Was ist mit Verletzlichkeit? Das ist doch eine Schw\u00e4che, oder \u2013 oder doch eine St\u00e4rke, mit der sich andere identifizieren k\u00f6nnen? Wenn solide Antworten auf all diese \u201e<strong>Heart<\/strong>\u201c (en) Fragen gefunden sind, kann der Weg zur inneren Stabilit\u00e4t beginnen. Denn nur, wenn die F\u00fchrungskraft in sich selbst, ihren Taten und Worten (Integrit\u00e4t) ruht und stabil ist, kann die Solidit\u00e4t einer Organisation garantiert question: Are you aware of your self-leadership? Wie steht es mit der Selbstf\u00fchrung? Auf welchem Level sind eigene Selbstreflexion und Selbstdisziplin angesiedelt? Denn diese Buzzwords, sind nicht nur die \u201efoundation for positive leadership\u201c, sie bestimmen auch alle externen Reaktionen oder Aktionen, wenn unerwartete Krisen und Herausforderungen vor der T\u00fcre stehen. Der Stabilit\u00e4tsgrad der vorhandenen Konsistenz und Kontrolle in Krisenzeiten, wirkt sich direkt auf das Vertrauen in die F\u00fchrungsf\u00e4higkeit des Managements aus. Denn nur positive Leaders can create positive Leaders, die die Kunst der Selbst-F\u00fchrung beherrschen.<\/p><p>Eine letzte Frage: Was hat jetzt dieser <strong>Heart Minded<\/strong> <strong>Leadership Approach<\/strong> mit dem Wachstum und dem \u201emental Well-being\u201c meiner Organisation zu tun? <br \/>The answer is: EVERYTHING!<br \/>Die Antwort zum pers\u00f6nlichen, sowie organisatorischen Wachstum liegt mal wieder in der Kunst die richtigen Fragen zu stellen:<\/p><ul><li>Do you see people as people or is YOUR personal bias hindering them to unfold their full potential?<\/li><li>Are you concerned about the stability and growth of others as much as you are concerned about your own?<\/li><li>Are you threatened by others abilities, talents and if so, are you in constant silent competition with them?<\/li><li>Are you having and\/or creating a safe space for you and others to grow?<\/li><li>Your level of Self-love is reflected in your ability in how much you can love others.<\/li><\/ul><p>In other words, welcome to Servant Leadership \u2013 Positive Leadership aka Modern Leadership known as <strong>THMA<\/strong> without E(GO)!
