The UK\u2019s Department for Business &amp; Trade (DBT) in Germany is looking for a <strong>Senior Manager Industrial Cooperation Defence<\/strong> based at the British Embassy in Berlin to support key commercial opportunities.<\/p><p><em>We aim to be a diverse and inclusive employer, welcoming to people of all backgrounds. The senior leadership is committed to ensuring that we are a supportive and fair place to work<\/em>.<\/p><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><strong>Main purpose of job: <\/strong><\/p><p>Working with the Team Lead, this role will offer a mix of project management, stakeholder management in both public and private sectors, research and analysis of industry trends, and advice to UK companies and other parts of UK Government.<\/p><p>You will help further British-German bilateral cooperation in practice, primarily assisting UK companies with winning business in Germany. You will conduct export promotion work in combination with market intelligence reporting and some investment promotion activities. You will support the development of a pipeline of opportunities and manage key contacts in both industry and government.<\/p><p>You will lead project management, customer relationship management, and events preparation, facilitating visits and meetings for senior diplomats and Government representatives.
