You and your colleagues are cordially invited by British Chamber of Commerce in Germany’s NRW Region, the Young British Chamber of Commerce NRW and our member Brompton Deutschland GmbH to:
“Düsseldorf reimagined” – an (active) evening with Brompton Bikes
Brompton has almost become a byword for innovation with regards to city mobility. Cycling to work isn’t new of course, but as cars become more expensive and local authorities crack down on pollution in city centres, bikes look a great solution for increasingly health-conscious urban dwellers. But where you find room to store in a tight city centre flat, then onto a train or tube, then into the office… surely a hassle too great for all but the mega committed? Well, not with a Brompton whose growing number of advocates point to their key advantages.
There is a highly qualified team from Brompton Bikes come along with plenty of their bikes to try during the evening. A mini tour is planned in groups during which the benefits of owning such a bike can be fully tested. After the fun & exertion of such a tour a networking event with light refreshments will be offered to round off the evening.
Please bring your own bike helmet.
Programme:
17:15 – 17:30 h: Arrival and welcome at HSBC, Haupteingang EG
17:30 – 18:00 h: Initiation and Set up of the tour – Office Parkhaus
18:00 – 19:00 h: Brompton Bike guided tour from Oberkassel to City centre and back
19:00 – 20:30 h: Brompton Refreshments with Q&A opportunity with the expert team
