“Uncertainty is the only certainty there is, (…).”
How often have we heard this quote by John Allen Paolos. Yet, its meaning only recently has truly come to live for many of us, as a global pandemic was followed by a new European land-war, which was followed by a global energy crisis. And this is unlikely to be the end of it.

Resilience is about “bouncebackability”, particularly in the face of uncertainty. But how much can we take before we break? And how can leaders support theirs teams (and each other) in the face of unknown challenges?

In our upcoming INSIGHT COLLABORATION panel discussion we will take a close look at how impactful leadership helps to sustainably build a truly resilient workforce.

Together with Julia Warrington, Save the Children, Eman Martin-Vignerte, Robert Bosch GmbH, and Daniel Wend, Deutsche Lufthansa AG, we will learn more about the different organisational approaches to workforce resilience across a variety of industries, as well as discuss tangible examples of how to actively protect employees from burning-out in the face of uncertainty.
