As we work towards a collective recovery from the Covid-19 crisis, we find ourselves with the opportunity to reconsider our national health services and find new ways of strengthening them. We have also been reminded of the importance of global collaboration, and the benefits of cross-border exchange of ideas and best practices.

BritCham EU & Belgium together with Novartis and a number of local British Chambers of Commerce in the EU aim to facilitate a discussion between regional and local policy makers, healthcare providers and patient representatives on the topic of innovative ways of strengthening care for cardiovascular diseases through population health.

The event will showcase an example of how a pioneering public-private partnership can improve healthcare resilience through preventative CVD care. This will be followed by a panel discussion with high-level speakers from international, European and national backgrounds to use this example in the broader context of preventative healthcare in a post-pandemic world. The event will take the form of an interactive dialogue between speakers and the audience, where participants have the opportunity to participate in the conversation throughout the panel discussion.
