Once again, the BCCG Rhine-Main Region joins over nine million people around the world in celebrating the life and works of the Scottish bard, Robert “Rabbie” Burns.

What’s in store:
The speech to the Immortal Memory of Robert Burns will this year be delivered by Douglas Ross MSP for the Highlands and Islands, former leader of the Scottish Conservative Party and qualified football referee. As usual for the evening, we offer the traditional three-course Supper including haggis (vegetarian and regular), as well as bagpipes, singing, dancing and, of course, excellent single-malt whiskies.

Dress code:
“Laddies” (gentlemen) are invited to wear Smoking (black tie/dinner jacket) or a dark suit, or a kilt – the more the merrier! – and the Lassies (ladies) an evening gown or cocktail dress. Dancing shoes are advisable!

About registration:
This is a very popular event and so we ask you to apply for your tickets (strictly limited to a maximum of two per member) and we will let you know as quickly as possible if your registration has been successful. The tickets cost €125 each and we will be selling them on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you do have to cancel your attendance, we kindly ask that you advise us as soon as possible: cancellations within one week of the event can no longer be refunded.
