The Crisis Management Playbook – A True War Story

Markus Labahn
Markus Labahn is Senior Manager in PwC’s Restructuring practice in Hamburg. He holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering (M.Sc.) from TU Berlin and has been supporting companies in crisis situations for ten years, initially focusing on the maritime industry and more recently on automotive suppliers. His work covers the full spectrum of crisis management – from restructuring opinions and Independent Business Reviews to liquidity planning and insolvency proceedings.
