Please join us for our German Business Stammtisch.

We are delighted to welcome Tim Albrecht, Chair in Physical Chemistry and Director of Global Engagement at the University of Birmingham, as a speaker at this Stammtisch. In his role, Tim promotes international collaboration across the university’s portfolio, from student mobility and teaching to research and business engagement. He focuses on strengthening dialogue between universities and industry, particularly through an international lens, and brings extensive experience working with both global businesses and government stakeholders.

The monthly Stammtisch provides an excellent platform for our German business community to connect and engage with members of the British Chamber of Commerce in Germany, as well as representatives from Germany Trade and Invest, the University of Birmingham, and the Honorary Consul of Germany in Birmingham. As always, we will delve into discussions on business, politics, and the bilateral relationship between Germany and the UK.
