In her keynote “Trust in communications in the age of AI – getting it right.” Joyce Lorigan will share her perspectives on building and maintaining trust in communications in an increasingly AI-driven world.

Joyce Lorigan is a graduate of the University of Leeds. She has built her career leading global brands and driving business transformation across a range of sectors. Prior to joining Springer Nature, she held senior leadership positions at IHG and The Walt Disney Company and gained valuable experience in high-growth start-up environments. These roles provided her with extensive expertise in brand strategy, customer engagement, corporate reputation, and international stakeholder management. As Chief Marketing Officer and Group Head of Corporate Affairs at Springer Nature, Joyce leads the company’s global marketing, brand, public affairs, and sustainability functions, helping to advance the organisation’s mission to enable discovery for the benefit of society. She also serves as the UK location lead, supporting more than 1,700 colleagues across the country.
