Avocets Consulting
We help organisations – and individuals – unlock the potential of particularly their female
talent by making visibility, presence, and impact teachable skills. Led by professional actors and expert facilitators, our workshops and coaching programmes translate proven
performance techniques into powerful tools for leadership, communication, and
confidence. From onboarding programmes that encourage women to show up early in their careers, to executive coaching that strengthens presence at board level, we create tailored experiences that will make a difference to individuals and a company’s culture. The result will be more confident voices, stronger representation of all genders at every level and measurable progress in gender equity.
